  • How long does the evening last?
    The evening will last approximately 3 hours. The bar will remain open afterwards for you to get to know your dates better.
  • How long does each individual date last?
    Each individual date will last for 3 minutes.
  • What do I do if I am unable to attend the event?
    If you have a ticket but are unable to attend, we will try to find a replacement, if you give us enough notice. If we successfully find a replacement we will either offer you a refund (less a £5 administration charge) or a ticket to a future event.
  • What if I am late for the event?
    Dating will usually start on time at 7:30. If you know or think you are going to be late, please give us advance warning and when you arrive, we will place you with your first date in the soonest appropriate interval. It must be mentioned however that under the circumstances, it will not be possible for you to meet every single date if you have not been present from the beginning of the evening.
  • Can I smoke?
    During dating, smoking is strictly forbidden.
  • What is the dress code?
    There is no formal dress code. However, as mydatetonight.co.uk events target professional clientele, smart/casual attire is strongly advised.
  • What will happen if someone is offensive or aggressive towards me during the course of the evening?
    mydatetonight.co.uk operates a zero tolerance policy on offensive and aggressive behaviour. Should any person be found to have acted in such a way, they will be immediately removed from the event.
  • Is it a private event, or can the public walk in?
    All tickets must be bought prior to the event. In no circumstances may members of the general public, who have not bought tickets and who are not friends of the participants: take part in the event, observe the event, or purchase drinks from the bar. mydatetonight.co.uk prides itself on the exclusivity it provides to its clientele in absolute hire of the venue, so that it can be ensured that dating will take place in a safe, relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
  • Can I turn up on the night and purchase a ticket?
    No. All tickets must be purchased from the website prior to the event.
  • Can I bring my friends?
    Speed dating is a fun experience to be enjoyed by all and so you are more than welcome to invite your friends to an event.
  • Are the drinks free?
    You will receive a complimentary glass of champagne or a choice from a selection of cocktails (depending on the event attended) when you arrive.
